Our Financial Policy Letter also describes how we handle insurance in our office. There are literally hundreds of different policies. If you want to know specifically what your policy covers, you will need to call your insurance carrier. If you are a patient here we will help you with your insurance needs such as submitting forms, or sending in Pre-Treatment so you will know what your portion your insurance will pay and what portion you are responsible for.
